- Is Eutexa really free?
- Yes. Starter Lite is free forever for up to 5 people. It is not a trial, it does not expire, and there is no card to remove later. We do not bill it at all.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up?
- No. The free plan has no checkout step. You create a workspace and start using it. A card is only ever needed if you decide to move to a paid plan.
- How many users does the free CRM support?
- Up to 5 people, and every one of them can create and edit records. There is no reduced-permission seat: the limit is the team size, not what the team is allowed to do.
- What is not included on the free plan?
- The AI layer. Co-Pilot chat, AI Jobs, AI-drafted replies, meeting notes and contact enrichment all need a paid plan. Everything else in the CRM is included, including email, sequences, workflows, forms, reporting and booking pages.
- Is there a limit on how long I can use it?
- No. There is no time limit and no usage countdown toward an upgrade prompt. The plan stays free for as long as you stay within its limits.
- What happens if I outgrow the free plan?
- You move to Starter, which adds the AI layer and raises every limit. Nothing you have already created is deleted or hidden when you switch, in either direction.
