Who else touches your data
Eutexa uses the providers below to operate the product. Each one processes data solely on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations, and only for the purpose named. None of them receives your data for their own independent use, and we never share it for advertising.
Current sub-processors
All workspace data passing through the application. Eutexa's API runs on Google Cloud in Mumbai, India (asia-south1). Trust center
All stored workspace records, including contacts, deals, messages and encrypted integration credentials. Hosted in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1). Trust center
Content you submit to an AI feature, processed to return a result for that request. It is not retained by the model service afterwards and is never used to train or fine-tune any model. Trust center
Requests for the web application and the usual request metadata. Workspace records are not stored here; the application fetches them from the API. Trust center
Only the billing information needed to process your subscription. It never receives your CRM content. Trust center
The recipient address and message body of platform emails such as verification, password reset and notifications. Trust center

Changes and questions
We keep this page current as providers are added or removed. Data you connect through an integration is a separate matter: when you connect Slack, Microsoft 365, Notion, Google Ads or WhatsApp, we transmit only what that integration requires, and only while it stays connected. Section 5 of the privacy policy describes each one, and the security page covers how the data is protected.
