Post the moment something changes
A workflow can start on a new lead, a deal moving stage, a form submission or a meeting finishing, and end with a message in Slack. The team hears about a hot lead in the channel rather than by opening the CRM.

The Slack step posts a message, sends a direct message, updates a message it posted earlier, adds a reaction, uploads a file, sets a channel topic, creates a channel for a new deal, or invites teammates to it.

How to add Eutexa to Slack
The connection is made from inside Eutexa rather than from this page, because a Slack workspace attaches to one specific Eutexa workspace and the app needs to know which one.
Start a free trial or log in to an existing workspace. The Slack connection is owned by a Eutexa workspace, so this comes first.
Find the Slack card and choose Connect. Only a super administrator or an admin of the Eutexa workspace can connect Slack.
Slack opens its own consent screen listing the permissions below. Approve it and the window closes by itself.
Open Workflows, pick the trigger you care about, and add a Slack step at the end. Choose the channel from the live list of your Slack channels. Invite the Eutexa bot to any private channel you want it to post in.
To remove the app, open Settings, then Integrations in Eutexa and choose Disconnect. Workflow steps using that connection stop posting to Slack immediately. You can also remove Eutexa from the Slack workspace under Manage apps in Slack.
What Eutexa asks for, and why
Every permission below maps to a feature described on this page. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and all traffic to Slack runs over TLS.
channels:read, channels:joinList your public channels so you can choose a destination, and join the channel you chose so the app can post in it.
chat:write, chat:write.public, im:writePost the messages your workflows send, deliver direct messages, and update a message the app posted earlier.
channels:manageCreate a channel for a new deal, set a channel topic, and invite teammates, when a workflow step asks for it.
files:writeUpload a file to a channel from a workflow step, such as a generated proposal or report.
users:readResolve a teammate's name to the right Slack account when a workflow sends them a direct message.
reactions:writeAdd an emoji reaction to a message from a workflow step.
channels:history, groups:historyLet the AI Co-Pilot read the channels it has been invited to when you ask it a question there. Eutexa does not read channels the bot has not been added to, and Slack content is never used to train AI models.
